Our newly developed internally heated galvanising pot replaces the conventional externally heated steel plate welded structure with a refractory brick-lined or cast internal heating chamber. This design prevents chemical reactions between the pot body and molten zinc, eliminating production stoppages due to leaks. It substantially reduces zinc slag generation and scientifically redesigns the conventional external heating process into an internal heating mechanism. This increases the contact area between the heat source and molten zinc, offering superior corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, ease of maintenance and replacement, extended service life, and improved zinc dissolution. By employing a gas-fired internal combustion system (natural gas or coal gas), it overcomes the high energy consumption costs associated with electric internal heating, significantly enhancing utilisation rates and reducing operational expenses.

This product has been successfully deployed in galvanised wire and profile production lines, particularly in galvanised wire production where slag generation rates are reduced by 80% compared to conventional externally heated iron pots.
